The Trondheim Soloists will make it's long awaited return to the UK this autumn with concerts at Cadogan Hall, London on the 29th October, Canterbury Cathedral as part of the Canterbury Festival on the 30th October and Leeds Town Hall as part of the Leeds International Concert Series on the 31st October.
The concert will feature music that is closely aassociated with the orchestra, with Grieg on the menu as well as Britten's fabulous Simply Symphony, a work the orchestra has recorded for 2L and have rreceived the highest accolades for in Gramophone Magazine, BBC Music Magazine and Classic FM Magazine.
For this tour they are joined by one of Norway's most exciting young artists, the trumpeter Tine Thing Helseth who will perform a work she too has recorded, the lovely Neruda Trumpet Concerto.
